Pressure Activated Switch, Flat End Cap (PAS-121)
This Pressure Activated Switch, Flat End Cap (PAS-121) is designed for applications using a flat end cap or polystyrene sphere. The switch bodies are made from corrosion resistant, ultra-strong Titanium 6-4 (Grade 5), or hard-anodized (Type III) 6061-T6 aluminum
Switches may be selected as:
1) ON at the Surface, OFF below (ON, mom<off>)
2) OFF at the surface, ON below (OFF, mom<on>)
The switch will trigger between 2-to-4 atm differential.
The Ti bodies are laser engraved with a unique serial number, are individually tested to 18,000psi twice, and come with a signed factory Certificate of Compliance.
The Aluminum bodies are identified with painted numerals, are individually tested to 10,000psi twice, and come with a signed factory Certificate of Compliance.
The PAS-121 requires a tapped 7/16-20 x 3/8” full thread hole, and a 1.00” OD spotface of 32 RMS or greater. The PAS-121 is shipped with a spare o-ring (2-018-70d)
